How old? What size? When girls are about 9 they cross to women's sizes. A U.S. Size girls 3.5 is the same as a women's 5. So if they are about this age and size they are wearing a women's small size. It not good for a young girls arches to be wearing too high of a heel and easy for them to sprain their ankles.Good luck.
