Default Mens Fashion - Shoes For Dressier Pants?

I recently bought a pair of navy blue pinstripe pants, they're not really suit pants but more of a dressier pair of slacks. My problem is that I want to find a pair of shoes that are going to still be casual for jeans but not out of place with these new pants. Does anyone have any general advice about what kind of shoes might have the versatility to work as a dressy-casual shoe and what is definitely not acceptable with these? Thanks!

A pair of black suede shoes look nice with everything!! You can go for yellowish (camal) colored ones...they will look fantastic.

Hmm.. this is a tough one. I would say that they would definitely have to be black. Maybe try these two:http://www.fashioniq.com/shoes/shoe_....php?id=613089

The last thing I want to do is stereotype by implying that no men care about shoes, or that all women do. Those suggestions are ludicrous and insulting. I've known men who could match me pair for pair, and women who couldn't care less whether or not wedges are "hot" this season. Gender aside - some view shoes as practical necessities, while others have a shoe obsession. Most people probably land somewhere in between.
