Is there a guide to what sort of colours suit different body types / skin tones / tastes etc?

Yep... Bring a white paper close to your face and it will highlight colors that complements your skin tone. That's a test to see what colors suits you.

Not a guide as such, but black makes people look paler, i don't personally think any men should wear pink - it looks a bit camp. Horizontal stripes make people look fat and vertical ones make people appear taller.If you're stuck ask Trinny and Suzannah !! LOL

i think browns and greens suit most people!
