Okay I need to buy some new shoes for winter. I work in a semi-casual environment... I wear a lot of longer skirts. Ranging from my ankle to right below the knee. What I want to know what are some good feminine work shoes I could wear? I HATE woman's boots. I need winter shoes. Please help.

Depending on your overall style, you have some choices... Land's End has some nice winter shoes that are comfortable and somewhat stylish (but not the MOST stylish shoe you can buy by any means). I am a stay at home mom now but when i was working, I always tried www.zappos.com, I found the selection to be huge and the prices to be reasonable.

ballet flats

Well there are many shoes to wear if your a nurse for aliving maybe try some crocs.

Slingback flats, flat pumps, ballet flats, crocs, Uggs carries some great clogs for winter...If you here were in California I would just say flip flops and uggs

I hate boots too. I usually wear flats or little tennis shoes.Zappos is a good place to look, as someone else said.

Check out the new booties. They cute and comfortable. Check out bebe.com and look under neda she has nice shoes expensive but nice.

I think boots will good with your style,, but if you are really not comfortable with it just go with flats,,, a nice pair of flats....
