Buyers for the large retailers are who you'll need to talk to but its premature to talk to buyers. The clothing industry is extremely competitive. If you are into the mass market the only chance is to have them made overseas. Find a production source in Taiwan, India, Pakistan etc (possibly Mexico). Then you are talking large minimum orders and long lead times both of which cost you money. Specialty shops would be the place for high end, one of a kind items and it would be an easier market to penetrate than the huge retailers. Good luck and get out your check book.
